Roasted Garlic & Balsamic Guacamole

We brought savory and tangy together to create this unique and flavorful guacamole. Made with Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and roasted garlic this Roasted Garlic & Balsamic Guacamole makes a great spread for a wrap or dip for sliced peppers.

Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
- 3 Small Avocados
- 2 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- Lemon Juice, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the avocados. Use a fork to smash up the avocado to desired texture.
- Add remaining ingredients and combine well.
Chef's Tip:
Add with cheese to a tortilla and roll it up for a quick and tasty snack!
