Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Cups Seedless Watermelon, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 piece Fresh Ginger, peeled and chopped, about 1" in size
  • 3/4 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.
