Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Cups Seedless Watermelon, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 piece Fresh Ginger, peeled and chopped, about 1" in size
- 3/4 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
- Pinch of Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.
