Fire Roasted Pizza Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce
- 2 (8 oz.) packages Light Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Pepperoni Slices, quartered
- 1/4 Cup Mushrooms, diced
- 6 Fresh Basil Leaves, sliced with scissors
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and rosemary.
- In a 9×13 baking dish, spread the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed across the bottom.
- Using 1/2 cup of parmesan, sprinkle evenly across the top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread an even layer of Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce over the top.
- Take mozzarella and remaining parmesan and sprinkle over top until completely covered. Top with pepperoni, mushrooms, and basil.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown. Garnish with more basil.
Chef's Tip:
For best results, allow to sit in the fridge for 1 hour before serving. Use for lasagna or for a dip for breadsticks and pizza crust!
