Mango & Sauerkraut Salad is a fresh and tangy lunch, or snack, that's perfect for a warm day! Silver Fleece Sauerkraut and sliced mango combine with ginger and almonds for a fresh and delicious salad!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz.) can Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, drained well
  • 2 tsp. Ginger Puree
  • 4 Tbsp. Mango, sliced
  • 4 tsp. Chives, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds, toasted
  • 4 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • Poppy Seeds, to taste

Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients together. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.

Chef's Tip:

Frozen mango works great when fresh is not available.
