Deliciously addictive! Mexicali Dip combines Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, refried beans, and Mexican cheese blend to create a cravable dip for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, well drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) block Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Refried Beans
  • 1 Cup Mexican Cheese Blend, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Chives, chopped

Instructions:

  • Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients on medium-low speed until well incorporated.

Chef's Tip:

Garnish with more shredded cheese and chives.  Serve with tortilla chips.
