The perfect way to enjoy chicken parmesan on the go! Our Parmesan Chicken Sliders combine Dei Fratelli Marinara Pasta Sauce with ground chicken, parmesan cheese, spring lettuce mix, and slider buns for a tasty and delicious sandwich perfect for family dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (24 oz.) Jar Dei Fratelli Marinara Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Chicken, ground
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. Onion, minced
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 5 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 3 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 3 tsp. Garlic, powdered
  • 3/4 tsp. Thyme, dried
  • 3/4 tsp. Basil, dried
  • 3 Cups Spring Lettuce Mix
  • 12 Slider Buns
  • Pan Spray, as needed

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Line a pie pan with aluminum foil. Stir together Dei Fratelli Marinara Sauce and balsamic vinegar and add to the pan. Roast for 30 minutes.
  • While sauce is roasting, combine chicken, parmesan cheese, onion, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Use hands to mix together until well combined. Form 12 equally-sized patties.
  • Preheat a large skillet and coat with cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat until browned on both sides and fully cooked at 165 F.
  • In a small bowl, combine butter, both minced garlic, garlic powder, thyme, and basil. Spread garlic butter on both sides of each slider bun and place face up on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
  • To assemble the sliders, spread roasted marinara on the bottom bun, top with chicken patty, and then a handful of lettuce. Add the top bun and serve.

Chef's Tip:

Add mozzarella or provolone cheese and your other favorite sandwich toppings for a delicious burger!
