Experience an explosion of flavor with our Pepperoni Pizza Bombs! Made with Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce, biscuit dough, and your favorite pizza toppings, these bite-sized pizzas are perfect for a fun dinner or to grab for an on-the-go snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) tube Biscuit Dough
  • 1 (5 oz.) packet Pepperoni Slices, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) block Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 16 cubes
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Garlic, minced

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Split biscuits in half to create 16 dough pieces. Use a rolling pin to flatten and expand each piece
  • Place 1 tsp. Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce on each biscuit. Top with 1-3 pepperoni slices, 1 cube of mozzarella, 1-3 more slices of pepperoni, and an additional tsp. pizza sauce.
  • Fold the dough over all the toppings and press together, leaving no gaps. Place dough balls on a greased baking sheet.
  • Melt butter and mix together with parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic.  Brush butter mixture evenly over each dough ball.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until dough is golden brown. Use remaining Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce for dipping.

Chef's Tip:

Serve with a side of ranch to dip these delicious pizza bombs in!  Double the recipe and save it as a quick afternoon snack for later!
