A crowd-favorite, this Spinach Dip is made using Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers, goat cheese, and baby spinach. Perfect for game-night snacking or as an appetizer before dinner!

Instructions:

  • In a large saucepan, add cream cheese and goat cheese. Melt for 5 minutes over medium-low heat, or until cheese can be easily mixed together.
  • Add Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery & Peppers and parmesan. Continue mixing another 5 minutes, mixing continuously.
  • Gradually add spinach and continue cooking another 15 minutes, or until spinach is completely wilted, stirring continuously. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Chef's Tip:

Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or toasted bread.
