Warm oil over medium heat in a large stock pot. Add ground sausage and cook until brown, about 8-10 minutes. Drain half of grease and set aside.
In remaining grease, cook potatoes, garlic, and thyme for 5 minutes, or until potatoes are slightly browned. Add wine and bring to a boil.
Add Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery & Peppers, cooked sausage, chicken broth, artichoke, salt, pepper, and half of parsley. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with remaining parsley.
