Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a large measuring cup, pressing on and then discarding solids.
  3. Pour into molds. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Insert sticks, then freeze until firm, about 24 hours.
