Mix self-rising flour and greek yogurt together in a medium bowl for 60 seconds until well combined.
Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until no longer sticky and a dough ball forms. Roll out dough so it fits perfectly into a full-size baking sheet. Use a pastry brush to spread olive oil all over dough.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together muenster, parsley, garlic, and black pepper until well combined. Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Place dough in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
While bread is cooking, mix together Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce, balsamic, oregano, and garlic.
When bread is done cooking, remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut into strips and dip into Italian Sauce.
If you prefer your sauce to be warm, place into a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes!
