  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large saucepan. Add capicola and fry until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Add onion and garlic and continue cooking another 2-3 minutes, or until onions are tender.
  2. Turn heat to low and add Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce and Dei Fratelli Whole Tomatoes. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Add parmesan cheese and spaghetti and toss.

Recipe Notes

For a less spicy version, replace hot capicola with pancetta or prosciutto.
