Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine kale, red onion, oil, and onion powder.
  3. Grease a large baking sheet. On one half, place the kale mixture evenly, and place the Dei Fratelli Whole Tomatoes on the other. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until kale is crispy but not burned.
  4. Toss kale mixture, tomatoes, sesame seeds, and lemon juice together in a large bowl.

Recipe Notes

Serve over seared cauliflower steaks.
