  1. In a 4-quart saucepan, brown the ground beef, onion and celery
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except for rigatoni, and let simmer for at least 20 minutes
  3. While sauce is simmering, prepare rigatoni pasta according to package directions
  4. Drain pasta and toss directly into the sauce
  5. Allow the pasta to rest for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The longer it sits, the better it gets!
