  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Place spaghetti squash flesh side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until tender. Allow to cool. Shred inside with a fork to get "spaghetti".
  3. When squash is almost done cooking, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bacon. Saute until onion is tender, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes and basil. Rinse cans with white wine and add to the sauce. Mix well, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and allow to wilt, about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve sauce over spaghetti squash and garnish with parmesan cheese.
