  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Warm the skillet over medium low heat and scatter the bacon tiles throughout. Allow the fat to render and the bacon to become crispy and brown. 12-15 minutes.
  3. Remove the crispy bacon from the pan and add the bratwurst. Increase the heat to medium and break up bratwurst as you cook. Cook them approximately ¾ of the way through, about 8 minutes.
  4. Remove sausage from pan. Add the apples, onions, and spices. Cook until they become lightly browned and softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add Silver Fleece Sauerkraut and stir. Cook for 5-7 minutes and adjust heat if needed.
  6. Scatter the rice evenly on top. Equally distribute the browned sausage and bacon over the rice. Pour Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce over meat.
  7. Cover the pan with lid and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and check the rice in the center to make sure it’s soft and cooked.
