This authentic Mexican dish adds color to any dinner plate! Our Green Rice & Tomatoes combines Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes, spinach, green bell pepper, parsley, and jalapeno for this delicious burst of flavor and color!

Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 6 Cups Spinach, packed
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Cup White Onion, diced
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 2 tsp. Jalapeno, diced
- 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 4 Cups White Rice, cooked
Instructions:
- In a large food processor, mix spinach, green pepper, onion, parsley, cilantro, jalapeno, and garlic until smooth.
- Combine mixture with cooked rice. Fold in Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes.
