  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Dei Fratelli Our Original Salsa Mild, green chilies, and chili powder. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. While tomatoes are simmering, heat another pan with olive oil over medium heat. Add tortillas and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Repeat as needed and set aside.
  4. Once tortillas are warm, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in pan over medium heat. Crack 2 eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes for runny yolks, or longer for firmer eggs. Repeat with remaining butter and eggs.
  5. To serve, spoon sauce onto 4 plates. Top each with 2 tortillas, 2 eggs, more sauce, and garnish with cilantro.
