Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.
