Our Italian Gazpacho combines Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes with cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and garlic to create a delicious lunch! Need something more filling? Add some noodles, salami, and mozzarella for a tasty and delicious meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.

Chef's Tip:

Add some noodles, salami, and mozzarella to make a delicious pasta salad!
