  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Place Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes to dry out the tomatoes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  3. Once cooled, add to a food processor with remaining ingredients, except sunflower oil. Pulse until all pieces are uniform in size.
  4. Continue pulsing while slowly adding sunflower oil to mixture. Blend until well combined.

Serve over white beans, with your favorite pasta, or as a spread with crackers and fresh veggies!
