  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a saute pan, cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside to slightly cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, cottage cheese, ricotta, parmesan, spices, and 2 cups of mozzarella. Add cooled sausage and combine well.
  4. Pour into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Garnish with parsley.

Recipe Notes

Cook lasagna noodles, cut into small squares or triangles, and deep fry to make chips for dipping!
