Lasagna Roll-Ups

Classic lasagna flavors just got easier to serve with Lasagna Roll-Ups! Made with Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce, whole wheat lasagna noodles, and spinach. This dish is a great way to sneak those veggies in a family favorite meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce
- 8 Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
- 1 (15 oz.) container Low-Fat Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
- Sea Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, 1/2 cup mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, and salt until well combined.
- In a 9×13 baking dish, ladle 1 cup Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce. Spread evenly among the bottom of the pan.
- Assemble your roll-ups by spreading roughly 3 Tbsp. of the ricotta mixture on each lasagna noodle. Spread roughly 2 Tbsp. of Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce evenly on top of the cheese. Carefully roll up each noodle and place them seam side down in the baking dish.
- Top the roll-ups with the remaining Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella evenly over the entire dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
Chef's Tip:
Garnish with fresh, snipped basil.
