  1. In a large non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cooked lentils and quinoa and fry for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add taco seasoning and minced onion and combine well. Continue cooking another 5-6 minutes. Move mixture to one side of pan.
  3. Add Dei Fratelli Our Original Salsa Medium to the other side of the pan. Stir only the salsa and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated, about 12-18 minutes. Mix all ingredients together.
