  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Boil water in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. While pasta is cooking, melt butter on medium-low heat in a second pot. Add flour and whisk well to create a roux. Slowly whisk in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce is a velvety consistency, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add cheese and stir well to combine. Continue cooking until cheese is melted, about another 5 minutes.
  5. Fold in cooked pasta, Dei Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes and broccoli. Combine well and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Top with crushed croutons and bake for 20 minutes.
