Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 1/2 lbs. Beef Stew Meat, cubed
- 2 Cups White Onion, sliced
- 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Cup Carrot, sliced into half moons
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 lb. Egg Noodles, cooked
Instructions:
- In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove meat and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook onions and garlic in oil for about 5 minutes, or until onions are tender.
- Return meat to the pan and add Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, red pepper, carrot, water, paprika, and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until meat is tender. Add more water if necessary.
- Serve over egg noodles.
Chef's Tip:
If you do not have a Dutch oven, use a stock pot or a soup pot!
