  1. In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove meat and set aside.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and cook onions and garlic in oil for about 5 minutes, or until onions are tender.
  3. Return meat to pan and add Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, red pepper, carrot, water, paprika, and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until meat is tender. Add more water if necessary.
  4. Serve over egg noodles.
