  1. Heat oil in a large pot or wok and saute mushrooms, shallot, and jalapeno over medium-high heat until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add bell peppers and garlic and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, tamari, and hoisin and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Toss in cooked lo mein noodles.
