Parmesan Chicken Sliders with Roasted Marinara Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Line a pie pan with aluminum foil. Stir together Dei Fratelli Marinara Sauce and balsamic vinegar and add to the pan. Roast for 30 minutes.
  3. While sauce is roasting, combine chicken, parmesan cheese, onion, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Use hands to mix together until well combined. Form into 12 equally-sized patties.
  4. Preheat a large skillet and coat with cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat until browned on both sides and full cooked at 165 F.
  5. In a small bowl, combine butter, both garlics, thyme and basil. Spread garlic butter on both sides of each slider bun and place face up on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
  6. To assemble the sliders, spread roasted marinara on the bottom bun, top with a chicken patty and then a handful of lettuce. Add the top bun.
