Combine Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes with avocados, red onion, peaches, and lime juice for this deliciously fruity dip that the whole family will love! Serve our Peach Guacamole with salted corn chips to bring out more of the delicious and fresh flavors!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
  • 2 large Avocados
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Peach, thinly sliced and roughly chopped
  • Lime Juice, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  • Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the avocados. Use a fork to smash up the avocado to desired texture.
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine well.

Chef's Tip:

Delicious when served with salty corn chips or with a slice of cornbread!
