Ingredients:
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 Cup Beets, roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Pickles, roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp. White Onion, diced
- 2 tsp. Pickle Juice
- 2 tsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse until salsa is ground down and all pieces are uniform in size.
- Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Chef's Tip:
Goes great with everything-bagel chips and pretzels!
