  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until translucent, about 6 minutes. Add garlic and cook until garlic and onions start to brown, about 2 more minutes.
  2. Reduce heat and add Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes and salt. Combine well and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture into a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute. Return to the saucepan and add coconut milk. Cook over medium-low heat for another 6 minutes.
