Sweet salsa has never been easier! Our Pomegranate Lime Salsa is made right in your food processor! Just mix Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, and red onion for a quick and tasty snack!

Ingredients:
- 1 (28 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes, drained, reserve juice
- 1/3 Cup Red Onion, diced
- 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Reserved Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Ginger Puree
- 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 medium Lime, zested and juiced
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse until the salsa is ground down and all pieces are uniform in size.
- Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Chef's Tip:
A great dip to use with sweet potato fries or chips!
