  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops, about 2 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  2. In same skillet, add onion and garlic. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until onions are tender. Stir in Silver Fleece Sauerkraut, caraway seeds, wine, and brown sugar.
  3. Top with pork chops. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
