Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of a multi-use pressure cooker. Add roast beef and saute until all 4 sides are seared, about 2 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Toss potatoes, onion, carrot and celery with salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add to pressure cooker and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup and water and combine well. Add roast beef back to pressure cooker.
  4. Seal pressure cooker and cook for 90 minutes on medium-high pressure.
