Ingredients:
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers, drained and rinsed
- 24 oz. Processed Cheese, cut into large cubes
- 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can Green Chilies, diced
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cornstarch
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, combine Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery, & Peppers, processed cheese, sour cream, green chilies, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Bring heat to medium and heat until melted, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a plastic bag, combine sharp cheddar cheese and cornstarch. Shake until cheese is well coated with cornstarch. Add to remaining ingredients and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Chef's Tip:
For a little more heat, use Dei Fratelli Chopped Mexican Tomatoes instead! Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
