  1. In a large stock pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
