  1. In a large saute pan, render and brown kielbasa pieces, about 5 minutes. Set aside on paper towel to remove grease.
  2. Add diced potatoes to pan and sear outside over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and add water and caraway seeds. Simmer and reduce, about 6 minutes.
  3. Add Silver Fleece Sauerkraut and seasonings. Heat through, about 2 more minutes. Serve with kielbasa on top.
