Be festive with our Red, White, & Blue Cake! Made with Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, this cake is topped with white frosting, strawberries, and blueberries for a fruity dessert at your 4th of July party.

Ingredients:
FOR TOMATO SOUP SPICE CAKE:
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
- 1 (18.75 oz.) package Spice Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Eggs
- Cream Cheese Frosting
FOR RED, WHITE, & BLUE CAKE:
- 1 Full Tomato Soup Spice Cake Recipe
- 1 carton Strawberries, washed
- 1 carton Blueberries, washed
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease and lightly flour two 8" or 9" round cake pans.
- Combine cake mix, Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, water, and eggs according to package directions. Pour into prepared pans.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until done, then cool on wire racks for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pans and cool completely.
- Fill and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
- Using paper towel, pat dry strawberries and blueberries. Slice strawberries and arrange in a circle pattern on the outside of the top of the cake. Fill center with blueberries.
