  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add orzo and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Place the drained chicken breast in a large mixing bowl. Use a fork to flake the chunks into smaller pieces.
  3. Add the drained Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, feta cheese, pine nuts, basil, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, and black pepper.. Mix together.
  4. Once the cooked orzo is cool, toss together with other ingredients until blended.
