  1. Place the pork tenderloin cubes in a medium stock pot. Add Dei Fratelli Our Original Salsa Medium and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the pork is tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Using two forks, shred the pork. Raise heat back to medium-high and continue to cook until majority of the liquid has evaporated, about 10 more minutes.
  4. To assemble tacos, start by placing shredded lettuce at the bottom of the flour tortillas. Add shredded pork, followed by shredded cheese, and top with avocado slices.
