In a small bowl, combine Dei Fratelli Fire Roasted Vegetable Pasta Sauce and seasonings. Mix well.
In a large baking dish, put a thin layer of sauce to cover bottom of the pan. Create your first layer by putting lasagna noodles over sauce, then 1/4 of sauce mixture, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of parmesan on top. Repeat 3 more times to create 4 total layers. Use extra 1/2 cup of mozzarella for top layer.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, return to oven, and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and noodles are cooked.
