  1. Place flour in a bowl. Dip steak into flour until well coated on all sides.
  2. Heat shortening in a large saute pan over medium-high heat until melted. Place steak in pan and brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Add onion, celery, and garlic and cook until tender, about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup and remaining ingredients. Combine well.
  4. Return steak to pan. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 ½ hours, or until steak is cooked to desired tenderness.
