  1. In a 4-quart slow cooker, mix together Dei Fratelli Crushed Tomatoes with Basil & Herbs, bread crumbs, onion, red pepper, and chicken broth.
  2. Place the chicken tenderloins into the mixture and stir until evenly coated. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  3. Remove lid and cover mixture evenly with slices of mozzarella. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, re-cover, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
