Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Saute until onions begin to turn translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, salt, basil, and black pepper. Stir together and simmer for another 5 minutes, breaking up the tomatoes.
Lightly spray 16 ramekin dishes with non-stick spray. Fill each ramekin with 1/4 cup of tomato mixture. Crack an egg over each dish, being sure to leave the yolk intact. Sprinkle each with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
