Pat pork dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add pork and brown all over, about 5 minutes each side. Repeat as necessary and set pork chops aside.
In same skillet, add Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes, capers, and rosemary. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until most of the liquid is gone, about 10 minutes. Return pork to pan and continue cooking another 5 minutes, flipping pork as needed.
