  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl, combine Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Cut tops off of peppers and remove seeds. Stuff beef mixture evenly into each pepper.
  4. In a large baking dish, cover bottom of pan with 1 cup of Dei Fratelli Three Cheese Pasta Sauce. Place peppers in pan and cover with remaining sauce. Bake for 90 minutes and remove from oven.
  5. Melt butter in a medium bowl and gradually mix in bread crumbs. Top cooked peppers evenly with remaining mozzarella and then with bread crumb mixture. Continue baking for another 15 minutes.
