Print Recipe Now Ingredients 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes drained1 (24 oz.) jar Dei Fratelli Three Cheese Pasta Sauce or your favorite Dei Fratelli Pasta Sauce1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef 1 (14 oz) package Instant White Rice cooked and cooled1 Cup White Onion diced1 Tbsp. Garlic minced1 tsp. Fresh Cilantro chopped1 tsp. Fresh Basil chopped2 tsp. Fresh Parsley chopped1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper 4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded, divided8 Medium Green Bell Pepper 3/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs 2 Tbsp. Butter Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F In a large bowl, combine Dei Fratelli Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes, ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Mix well and set aside. Cut tops off of peppers and remove seeds. Stuff beef mixture evenly into each pepper. In a large baking dish, cover bottom of pan with 1 cup of Dei Fratelli Three Cheese Pasta Sauce. Place peppers in pan and cover with remaining sauce. Bake for 90 minutes and remove from oven. Melt butter in a medium bowl and gradually mix in bread crumbs. Top cooked peppers evenly with remaining mozzarella and then with bread crumb mixture. Continue baking for another 15 minutes.
