Have the best pizza flavors on those freezing days too! Our Supreme Pizza Soup combines Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup and Petite Diced Tomatoes, pepperoni slices, and mozzarella cheese for this cheesy and flavorful spin on traditional tomato soup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3/4 Cup White Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Green Olives, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Pepperoni Slices, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Italian Sausage, cooked
  • 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Mozzarella Cheese, shredded, for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add olives and cook another 2 minutes.
  • Add pepperoni and cooked sausage and continue cooking another 2-3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except mozzarella, and combine well.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with mozzarella cheese.

Chef's Tip:

Serve with toasted garlic bread!
