  1. Over medium-high heat, cook scallions, shallot, and garlic in a large saute pan or wok until softened, about 2 minutes. Add pineapple and continue cooking another 5 minutes, or until slightly browned.
  2. Add Dei Fratelli Petite Diced Tomatoes, cooked rice, and red pepper and cook another 5 minutes, or until rice is browned.
  3. Add soy sauce, lime juice, and chili garlic sauce. Combine well and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Finish with a drizzle of sesame seed oil and heat for 1 minute. Garnish with cilantro.
