Slowly, a drop at a time, introduce the tomato mixture into the egg whites until it resembles a creamy dressing.
Adjust flavor with more lemon juice and black pepper if necessary. This dressing makes an excellent low sodium option without compromising on flavor. Also, this makes a great dip for veggies or low fat chips.
