  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together Dei Fratelli Gluten-Free Tomato Soup, sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, ginger, and cinnamon. Mix in the oats.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto a parchment-covered baking sheet. Make sure dough is 2 inches apart and slightly flattened to evenly bake. Place in the oven for 16 minutes.
